Digital Transformation has got to be one of the most exciting things to happen to businesses. While it didn’t revamp businesses from the ground up, it changed the way they worked significantly. The third quarter of 2018 reported that Office 365 was at 135 million monthly active users which sheds light on how important Microsoft has been in reducing the learning curve for enterprises when it came to digital transformation. The enterprise suite was always around to increase productivity for workplaces but now it has gone far beyond that in enriching enterprise productivity. Being accessible from anywhere let professionals take their work with them, have a greater degree of coordination with tools like Outlook Customer Manager that let them organize emails, meetings, calls automatically. Documents became collaboration-friendly as well as collaboration optimized making team comes together like never before.
